Zenfolio Settings

Username / Email 
Enter your Zenfolio user name or email address that you used to register with Zenfolio.com

Password
Enter your Zenfolio.com Password

Internet Connection Settings

Use Proxy
Tick this check box if you are behind firewall

Enter proxy server IP address or name

Username
Enter your proxy server user name

When I Drop Files... Settings

Zenfolio Dropbox supports drag-ndrop of JPG files from Windows Explorer. The following two settings control the behavior of the tool when you drop the files on to the Upload Queue.

Upload Photos as soon as queued
Tick this checkbox if you wish to upload photos immediately to the Default Gallery you selected earlier. Default Gallery must be set for this feature to work.

Upload without disturbing me
Tick this check box if you don't want to see Zenfolio Window and Upload files immediately when they are dropped. 'Upload Photos as soon as queued' must be ticked and Default Gallery must be set for this feature to work. Zenfolio Dropbox icon will be shown in Tray area if this chek box is ticked. Upload progress is shown as a baloon tip. Double-clicking the Tray icon will show the Zenfolio Window.

Other Settings

Save my upload queue upon exit
Tick this check box if you wish to save your upload queue when Zenfolio Dropbox exits. This feature is useful if you queued files from multiple location to upload to Zenfolio and you need to close Zenfolio Dropbox before upload is finished. Zenfolio Dropbox will save your upload queue so that you don't have to re-queue files next time you start Zenfolio Dropbox.

Zenfolio Dropbox Window

The Zenfolio Window is divided in 3 sections

Gallery View

Gallery view shows your Groups and Galleries. Groups may contain more groups and / or galleries. Gallery contains photos.
Groups that has galleries have [+] sign before the Group name. If you wish to create a new Gallery or Group under the current Group, Right-click on group name. This will show menu as follows

Select an appropriate option to carry out the task.

Right-clicking on a Gallery name will show you a following menu

Select an option if you wish to set the Gallery as Default Gallery.
Default Gallery is shown as Bold in Gallery view. You should set your favorite gallery as the Default Gallery. You can change your Default Gallery as many times as you like.

Gallery View also supports Drag-n-Drop of JPG files directly on the Galleries. Files dropped on Galleries will be queued for uploading into those galleries. You can drop JPG files on to various galleries to upload into separate galleries at single upload.

Drag-n-Drop is disabled when upload is in progress.

Refresh Gallery View button will refresh the Gallery View. It will reflect latest changes you made to the Galleries or Groups on Zenfolio.com

Upload Queue

Upload queue shows files queued for uploading to Zenfolio. Upload queue has 3 columns. Name (Shows File name that is queued. It does not show full path), Size (Size of file in KB) and Gallery (Gallery where file will be uploaded to). 'Selected Gallery' words under Gallery name signifies that you must select a Gallery before you click on the Upload button.

You can Drag-n-Drop JPG files onto Upload Queue directly. If Default Gallery is set, All files will be queued to upload to the Default Gallery otherwise 'Selected Gallery' will be displayed under Gallery column to indicate that you must select Gallery to upload before you click on the Upload button

Drag-n-Drop is disabled when upload is in progress.

You can clear the entire upload queue by selecting all the files in the queue and pressing Delete (DEL)  key

Upload Button
Upload button is disabled when there are no files queued. If any of the queued file has 'Selected Gallery' displayed in the Gallery column, you must select Gallery from the Gallery view before you click on the Upload button.

Clicking on the upload button will trigger the Upload to Zenfolio.
Upload Queue and Gallery View are disabled during Upload.
Cancel button will be enabled for you to cancel the upload if you choose to
NOTE: Successfully uploaded files are cleared from the queue

Cancel Button
Enabled during upload process. Clicking on it will change the button to 'Please Wait...' and Attempt will be made to cancel the upload

Upload Status

Upload progress will be shown as a progress bat next to Upload button. This progress bar indicates what number of file is being uploaded out of total files.

Upload Log
Upload log displays upload progress in detail.

Other ways to use Zenfolio Dropbox

There are following other ways to use Zenfolio Dropbox

Drag-n-drop on Zenfolio Icon

You can drag-n-drop any number of JPG files from almost any application or Windows Explorer to Zenfolio Dropbox icon on your desktop and Zenfolio Dropbox will queue those files. If you have selected 'Upload photos as soon as queued' option, those files will be uploaded immediately to your default gallery

Right-click in Windows Explorer

When you select one or multiple JPG files in Windows Explorer and right-click it, the Right-click menu have an option named 'Enqueue to Zenfolio'. When selected, it will enqueue all the selected JPG files for upload to Zenfolio. If you have selected 'Upload photos as soon as queued' option, those files will be uploaded immediately to your default gallery 

'Send To' menu item in Windows Explorer

When you select one or multiple JPG files in Windows Explorer and right-click it, the Right-click menu have an option 'Send To' This 'Send To' has submenu as 'Zenfolio Dropbox'. When selected, it will enqueue all the selected JPG files for upload to Zenfolio. If you have selected 'Upload photos as soon as queued' option, those files will be uploaded immediately to your default gallery
